About the Role:

Lenskart is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing business transformation team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business functions, designing effective solutions that optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company’s strategic vision. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Recommend future-oriented process map designs using detailed cross-functional flowcharts.
• Collaborate with QA teams to execute test plans, creating clear test cases and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage project tasks, milestones, and roadmap development as part of overall project management responsibilities.
• Prioritize business requirements and ensure effective communication and approval with stakeholders.
• Manage change requests while assessing cost-benefit implications for each modification.
• Review, optimize, and re-engineer existing business processes for operational efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive functional and system design specifications for internal and client projects.
• Lead projects internally and collaborate effectively with third-party solution providers.
• Apply statistical modeling and analysis using advanced analytics tools to support decision-making.
• Contribute to IT strategy development and ensure compliance with internal quality and process controls.
• Maintain thorough documentation for business controls, traceability, and quality assurance.
• Engage in option analyses and provide data-driven recommendations for system improvements.
• Ensure smooth communication among all departments during development, testing, and rollout phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in active Business Analysis, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domains.
• Strong grasp of integrated business process modeling and operational workflows.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as MS Office and G Suite.
• Experience with enterprise software and business workflow configuration.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and business applications.
• Capability to prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines effectively.
• Certification in design thinking is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with excellent communication skills.
